Borrow an Ingredient?

Don't you hate it when you are cooking and you get to a point in a recipe and are short an ingredient? Well, chances are that you can save yourself a trip to the store and call a neighbor instead. We are just that kind of neighborhood.

Love our Neighborhood!

I moved to Perry Farms with my 2 young children over two years ago and I love our neighborhood for its friendly atmosphere. There are many children for my kids to play with, wonderful parks nearby and a charming downtown area that is great for all of us!

Like an Extended Family...

We enjoy the the small town atmosphere yet are able to enjoy the music and arts in Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill. Our neighborhood is much like an extended family where we all help each other out and come together to enjoy cookouts and fire pits. Being on the cul de sac for those with children is nice as all the kids get out and play and ride bikes without the fear of traffic.

Love our Cul De Sac!

One of the features in looking for a new house was that it be on a cul de sac. When we found our house on Sparta Lane just about 12 years ago we knew we found home. Having the safety of no through-traffic gives the children a place to play and a spot for neighbors to gather around a fire pit on a weekend night and just catch with each other. This location has been ideal to travel "anywhere" in the triangle and beyond.

Walk to School Each Day

Our family enjoys the proximity of Jordan Lake for summer fun. There are terrific activities for children to experience through the Town of Apex Parks and Recreation Dept. Our family walks to school each day.

There is a great sense of community within our neighborhood.
